My name is Kai Wolf Porter and I am a piano instructor based in Santa Rosa. I received my Bachelors in Music from UC Santa Cruz. I started playing the piano as a child and am grateful to have had the opportunity to study the art of music. In college I studied piano performance along with a rounded variety of musicianship studies from history to theory to composition.
I primarily am offering piano lessons to beginner levels and am available for in person or online lessons. All ages welcome. Please feel free to reach out to me through email or text message if you have any questions or are interested in setting up lessons!

I believe in introducing new piano students to traditional classical training which focuses on building repertoire for the students skill level as well as building technical skills, sight reading and aural skills. I also believe in including a students personal musical interests in lessons in order to support their unique passion and creativity.
